Hello and Welcome.  I'm so glad you found me.  

I'm Erika, a clinical herbalist, currently living on Yak Tityu Tityu Yak Tilhini land in Cayucos, CA

I am a practitioner of functional herbalism, which melds traditional herbal assessment with clinical nutrition and functional medicine.  

We will do an in-depth intake that takes a look at your concerns, the details of your whole body health, what you're wishing to change and the help you'd like in getting there.  

I strongly believe in personal autonomy around health and am here to assist you in your personal journey.  You will shape the direction of our work, and we will move at your pace.

I also believe that you and everyone should have access to competent and compassionate healthcare that meets their needs.  I strive to limit barriers to getting a consult with me.  I offer sliding scale consults, starting at $20.  If you can't afford that, get in touch and we can figure it out.  I am currently only offering Telehealth consultations to keep us all safe, however is this is a barrier to you and you live in the greater San Luis Obispo area, get in touch and we can talked about an in person outdoor masked or distanced consultation.  Please let me know if you have anything getting in the way of making an appointment with me and I will do my best to work with other possibilities.  

As part of my work as an herbalist, I also provide support in navigating the healthcare system to get your needs met.  I acknowledge that the systems of oppression that we live within do not always allow for this to happen, and will navigate this with you to the best of my ability.
